Equipment Baylor uses late model Freightliner, International and Volvo trucks. All tractors are Qualcomm Satellite equipped. The Qualcomm communication devices all feature Maptuit Navigation at no charge to the drivers. We provide Navigation for safe turn by turn directions to aid in trip planning for our drivers. Some units feature Climacab APUs and many tractors are fit with super single tires. Baylor’s fleet is amongst the industry’s most advanced.
Home Time Depending on the area of the country you reside, 99% of Baylor drivers are home 1.5 days for every 6 days of driving. We do hire drivers that live in areas not consistently serviced by Baylor Trucking, and those drivers choose to be home 3 days per 14 day dispatch.
